Unprofessional treatment. I ordered my lenses on January. Called to the store many times, each time I was told the lenses were in their way and I just need to be patient. After 3 weeks waiting I went to the store and discovered the order was cancelled because the lenses were discontinued (nobody made me aware). Then I was offered new lenses but I had to try them, so they ordered the trial ones. The trial arrived and I was in isolation due covid so I asked if they could post them to my home and they said they will. 1 week later nothing arrived in the post so I called and the lady on the phone told me they hadn't posted them yet, apologized and told me she will do it straight away. 4 days later and still no lenses. I went to the store, claim refund and I asked for my prescription. Surprise! The prescription date was expired... So or they falsified the date so I couldn't use my prescription in other optician or they "ordered" lenses using an expired prescription. Awful customer care, awful service I'm really disappointed. I will never go back nor recommend it to anyone.
